am to 4:00 pm, Sunday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Dealers will set up Friday afternoon starting at 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Please sign in at the front table. We will have your packet with your badges and Nevada Sales Tax information. We also will have afternoon snacks - hot coffee, water and sodas.
2. Booth rental requires a $30.00 deposit - refunded only if cancellation notice is given 48 hours before the show. You may confirm booth space by mail, phone or fax.
3. The City of Reno requires a $15.00 (in-lieu-of) business license unless you have a valid 2010 business license. Please check the approbriate button on your application. We will purchase your (in-lieu-of) business license for you and add the $15.00 to your balance.
4. Rental for a table is $12.00 for the weekend and a chair is $3.00 for the weekend. Please order these on your application. Cost of booth space is as follows:
10x10 - $115.00
10x14 - $160.00
5x12 - $70.00
6x20 - $135.00
